HI, I’M KELLY, A SENIOR YOGA TEACHER, AYURVEDIC HEALTH & WELL BEING COACH & BHAKTI PRACTITIONER. 

I have dedicated over 25 years to guiding individuals on their journeys toward balance and wellness. My path has been shaped by my own experiences as a college athlete, a passionate mother, and a professional coach.

From my early days playing basketball at the collegiate level to embracing the challenges and rewards of motherhood, I’ve always recognized the importance of movement as medicine. While my life has been filled with the hustle and drive typical of high-performing individuals, I’ve also faced the realities of disconnect, burnout and anxiety. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the need for inward connection, balance and nourishment.

My introduction to Ayurveda in 2003 was a pivotal moment. I began to see how this profound yet accessible system could transform lives. I’ve spent more than 25 years studying with esteemed teachers like Deepak Chopra and John Doulliard, immersing myself in practices that harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. My training has equipped me to help others find their unique paths to well-being through simple, practical adjustments and practices in their daily lives.

The foundation of my work is guiding both me and my clients toward intention, focus and inner wisdom amidst the chaos of modern life. As a coach, I focus on walking alongside my clients, empowering them to reconnect with their inherent knowledge and achieve their desired balance.

I filter my own understanding of these teachings and practices through my own perspective as a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and a human to better support you. And, I have learned to embrace the subtleties of yoga and Ayurveda, which bring depth to my coaching and teaching.

Today, I offer support to high-performing individuals, including professionals, athletes, coaches, and mothers, helping them navigate the demands of their lives while cultivating sustainable wellness practices. Whether through my live and/or on-demand yoga and meditation classes or one-on-one coaching, my goal is to create a space where you can thrive and find harmony in your mind, body, and soul.
