SOUND

I truly believe

… that when we are in a state of wholeness, health, balance and internal alignment our life flows with greater ease, joy, creativity, inspiration, connection and abundance.

We all know what the opposite can feel like.

I don’t want to pretend like being in a space of balance is better than not. In a way, we want to become honoring of both states because as a human, we are guaranteed both: balance and imbalance. Being in and out of alignment. Confusion and knowing.

And, I’m here to support you in finding wholeness. A place where we can collect up all the pieces of ourselves into the one whole being that we are so that we can align to our internal truth, find our inner well of creativity and clear seeing and live the life we want to be living the way we want to be living it.

If you want to level up, leave behind old habits or ways of being, step up your career or leadership game, or support your own health and well being then I’m here to support you.

Coaching is a one-on-one relationship where in our 50-minute weekly in-person, phone or Zoom video sessions, build on what’s already working well for you, while also stretching into new and less familiar ways of being. As challenges naturally arise from week to week, we’ll explore how to maintain stability in the present moment while responding with more wisdom and compassion. Each week you’ll be coached around your identified intentions, including how to deepen your mindfulness practices and integrate the insights you gain from those practices into new actions and possibilities. During this process you will be provided with guided video meditations, yoga practices and worksheets and supporting you in the various topics we’ll be exploring.

I am a certified Chopra Coach, certified meditation teacher, certified Ayurvedic Health and well being teacher, and an Advanced Certified Yoga Teacher and have been teaching yoga for more than 2 decades. And, I’m here to support you.
