Hi, I’m Kelly—a Senior Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health and Well-Being Coach, and Bhakti Practitioner.
For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding individuals toward balance, wellness, and self-discovery. My journey has been shaped by a dynamic blend of experiences: as a collegiate athlete, a devoted mother, and a compassionate coach.
Movement has always been my medicine. From my days playing basketball at the University of Texas at Austin to navigating the rewarding challenges of motherhood, I’ve witnessed how physical vitality is deeply intertwined with mental and emotional well-being. But as much as my life has been fueled by drive and high performance, I’ve also faced moments of disconnection, burnout, and anxiety. These challenges have taught me the power of inward connection and the necessity of cultivating balance and nourishment.
My introduction to Ayurveda in 2003 marked a turning point. This ancient, profound system illuminated how small, intentional shifts in daily routines could lead to transformative results. Over the years, I’ve trained extensively with renowned teachers like Deepak Chopra and John Douillard, and I continue to weave their wisdom into my work. Through yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and coaching, I aim to help others reconnect with their innate wisdom and create sustainable practices that align with their true selves.
What sets my approach apart is my ability to meet you where you are, guiding you with intention, focus, and compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you, listening deeply and helping you clarify your goals while navigating the demands of modern life. I draw upon my experiences as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and athlete to create practices that resonate with your unique path.
Today, I specialize in supporting high-performing individuals—athletes, coaches, professionals, and mothers—who seek to thrive amidst life’s challenges.
