Holding Space for Your Growth

I believe that when we are aligned with our true selves—experiencing wholeness, clarity, and inner connection—life begins to flow with more ease, meaning, and vitality.

But when we feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed, it’s often a signal: something deeper is ready to shift.

As a spiritual life coach, Ayurvedic practitioner, meditation guide, and longtime yoga teacher, my role is to support that shift. I hold space for your real-life challenges while guiding you inward—toward the clarity, balance, and trust that already lives within you.

I’ve struggled in my own parenting journey, in marriage, in trying to figure out how to live my dharma while also staying grounded in the realities of life—money, time, energy, a changing body.

That’s why I offer this work.
Not to fix you. Not to coach you into someone else’s version of success.
But to walk with you, as someone who understands how hard it can be to hold it all—and how beautiful it is when you finally begin to come home to yourself.

Coaching Offerings:

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Available in person (Santa Barbara) or via Zoom.

Single Session – $200
For a check-in, intuitive guidance, or support through a specific moment. 90 minutes.

3-Month Coaching Package – $999
Six sessions (60 minutes each) recommended weekly or every other week + custom meditations, practice suggestions, and email support between sessions.

6-Month Coaching Package – $1800
Twelve sessions (60 minutes each) recommended weekly or every other week + personalized practices, guided reflections, and ongoing support. Ideal for deeper transformation and integration.

What Coaching Looks Like

Our sessions are a space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what's ready to shift. I bring a blend of deep presence, practical tools, and soulful support—rooted in the traditions of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and emotional clearing.

We might work with:

  • Breath and body-based practices for grounding and clarity

  • Guided reflection and intuitive inquiry

  • Ayurvedic tools like agni-strengthening nutrition, daily rhythms, and five-sense healing

  • Emotional awareness and communication tools to help shift stuck patterns

FAQ:

Do I need to be spiritual or have a yoga/meditation practice to work with you?
Not at all. This work is about meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to these practices or already have tools of your own, we tailor the experience to you.

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. It can, however, be deeply supportive on it’s own and/or alongside it—especially if you’re looking for guidance around embodiment, intuition, life direction, or nervous system regulation.

What if I don't know what I need?
That’s okay. Many people come to coaching with more questions than answers. That’s part of the work—to create space for your own clarity to rise.

Do you work with parents specifically?
Yes. I support parents navigating hard seasons with their children, especially those feeling alone, confused, or burnt out. My work helps you stay steady while holding space for your family’s growth.

Who else do you work with?
I work with a wide range of people who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or ready for change—including professionals in transition, creatives craving more alignment, caregivers, teachers, healthcare providers, and individuals longing for a more connected and purposeful life.
